Lifar\u2019s crown jewel <i>Suite en blanc<\/i> is a brilliant neo-classical ballet \u2013 an amazing display of precision and beauty. Starting his career in Les Ballets Russes, Lifar took classic ballet to new heights in the 20th century.<\/p>\n<p>The second choreographer of the evening, J\u00e9r\u00e9mie B\u00e9lingard, whose style is creative and poetic, has danced Lifar\u2019s works himself.
